All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, and colors accurately. However, we do not guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as intended.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. All payments are securely processed through Squarespace® and its integrated payment providers. We do not store full credit card details on our servers. If customers choose to save payment information, it is securely stored by our payment processor, not by Ace of Clay®.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. When an order is marked as “Delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

In the event of a lost, delayed, or undelivered package, customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery unless otherwise stated.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition. Refund eligibility is subject to inspection.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Sculptures are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
