Shipping Policies

  • Orders will be dispatched within 7 business days from the date of purchase, however, items typically ship much sooner.

    If you require expedited shipping for your order, please contact us at aceofclayorders@gmail.com to request this service for an additional charge.

  • All orders shall be dispatched exclusively through USPS Ground Advantage. USPS, as the designated shipping carrier, maintains a shipping delivery window of 2-5 business days. For expedited shipping requests incurring additional charges, please direct all inquiries to aceofclayorders@gmail.com.

    We ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • We offer international shipping to select countries including Canada, Australia, Germany, The Netherlands, and New Zealand. However, please note that due to current VAT restrictions, shipments to the United Kingdom are not available at this time. If you have any questions regarding shipping to your location, please email aceofclayorders@gmail.com.

    To place an international order please email aceofclayorders@gmail.com with your order details and full shipping address.

    All international customers are responsible to any import taxes and fees that may apply.

  • Any order may be cancelled at any time prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of USPS delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the costs associated with shipping the item back to our facility for returns or exchanges. A refund will be provided once the item has been received.

    In the event of a defective item, not caused by the customer or shipping company, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Photo evidence of the defective item will be required for our assessment and decision on the replacement. Customer may be required to return the defective item to receive the refund, but shipping costs will be covered.

    While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping, as this is beyond our control. If you receive a damaged item, we may provide a replacement free of charge, however, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.
