ORDERING A SCULPTURE IN 5 EASY STEPS!
GET IN TOUCH: Contact us via the form on this page and be sure to describe the sculpture you would like in as much detail as possible.
HEARING BACK: We will respond to your inquiry within 1-3 business days. If you have provided enough information about your sculpture in your initial message, we may respond with a quote. If not, we will request additional details and photos if needed.
PLACING YOUR ORDER: At this time, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the total cost of your sculpture is due. Payment is preferred via PayPal but direct checkout via Etsy is available as well if necessary. A PayPal or Etsy account is NOT required to make your payment. You will be provided with a production timeframe prior to making the initial payment. An Artist Commission Contract is also required to be signed and returned (this simply states that we agree on what the sculpture will be and how much it will cost).
PRODUCTION: Once your deposit has been paid, your sculpture will enter production within the timeframe agreed upon during your consultation. .
SHIPPING & PAYMENT: Once your sculpture is complete, you will be notified via email and provided with a photo proof of the finished piece. Once the photo has been approved, the remaining balance of your sculpture is due along with shipping costs. Shipping costs cannot be calculated until the sculpture is packaged and weighed. You pay the exact rate provided by USPS as we do not up-charge for shipping. Your sculpture will ship on the same or next business day of your balance being paid.

Premium polymer clay sculpted over metal wire armature and painted with non-toxic acrylics and glazes.
You may select high gloss (customer favorite), satin, or matte or even a custom combination of them for no extra charge.
We totally get it, you want to know how much your sculpture is going to cost without having to reach out; but due to the extremely custom nature of our work, there is no one-size-fits all pricing model. Your best bet is to simply reach out and provide as much information as possible. Generally you will know the price within the first 1-2 communications. We can tell you this right now though, we don’t up-charge just because something is custom. Your sculpture will be priced based strictly on size and complexity. There are so many factors that go into it.
Quick and easy payment via PayPal is preferred and a PayPal account is not required. Simply pay the invoice that you receive and you are all set. Direct payment is available upon request.
Again this is something completely out of our control until the sculpture has been completed, packed, and weighed. Typically, though, shipping within the US can be anywhere from $20-$80 depending on several different factors including the shipping speed you would prefer. We do not up-charge for shipping and you pay the exact rate provided by USPS that is printed on your shipping label.
Yes we do! But it just depends on the length of our commission list at the time you reach out. We will let you know right away if your deadline is doable.
Yes! If you are in need of multiple copies of your sculpture, we can take your order. A master sculpture will be created and the copies will be cast in resin and hand painted. You won’t know the difference between the original and the copies.
